Founded in 1956 by Sam Tell and his son Neil, The Sam Tell Companies have grown to be preeminent among the nation’s largest restaurant and food service equipment and supplies dealerships. The Sam Tell family of companies has grown from a modest two-man operation to their current stature of over Ninety five employees with multiple locations: their corporate office and 75,000 square foot warehouse located in Farmingdale, N.Y. and their Design showroom in New York City.
Currently, they are guided by Marc Tell (third generation and grandson of Sam) and Daniel Saltzman, who started working for Neil back in 1982. The associated group of companies was recently ranked #30 on the Food Service Equipment & Supplies Top 100 Suppliers.
