In the coming weeks, The Sam Tell Companies will be launching the premier edition of the Sam Tell Companies newsletter.  Published bi-monthly, this will be a valuable resource for communication and ideas.  In this publication, we will strive to provide up to date information about the relevant topics that pertain, affect and develop in our industry.  This newsletter will help bring us to the forefront of a more informed professional community.  In each issue, we will also be highlighting the talented people that make up The Sam Tell companies by showcasing the products & services we offer.  
Here are some of our feature column topics:
PRODUCT HIGHLIGHT-In this column, a particular small ware or piece of kitchen equipment will be featured.  Bringing attention to new products will help our customers identify us as a market leader.    Cardinal, Vollrath, Libbey, True & Oneida are just a few of the manufacturers that we will feature with emerging trend innovation and technology. 
DESIGN FACILITY HIGHLIGHT- In this feature, we will select a winning design from among the numerous projects that are in development. We will place prominence on the Project Managers (PM) that make up the design team of The Sam Tell Companies.  At any given point, they are working with executive chefs, F&B directors & GM’s/ owners of some of the hottest restaurants & hotels in the New York metropolitan area and throughout the US.  Photos, CAD drawings and testimonials will be selected to ensure a complete insight into the design side of the industry.
There will also be rotating articles about industry events, networking opportunities and interviews with industry leaders. We will also detail recent openings, faces in the news and information about product specials. 
 At The Sam Tell companies we are committed to providing the best customer service in the industry.  Responding to the needs of our customers is not enough.  We must strive to anticipate their needs and provide them with the products that they need to be successful.  We welcome all of your comments and suggestions.  It is our hope that you will all take an active role in joining us to develop this project.
