We’re excited to share that Confidant has officially opened its doors in Industry City, marking the area’s first fine-dining restaurant. Created by Chef/Owners Brendan Kelley and Daniel Grossman, who previously worked together at Roberta’s, the space blends polished cement, wooden accents, and an open kitchen for a sleek yet welcoming atmosphere. The seasonal menu features dry-aged fish and meats, many sourced from local Industry City merchants, with standout dishes like trout mousse, tuna prosciutto, prawn potpie, and a whole crown of duck. Pastry Chef Mariah Neston also brings sweet creations like rhubarb upside-down cake and an updated biscuit tortoni. We can’t wait for you to experience it!
